so i had a blog a while ago that started out being a place for me to rant about all the things that were annoying me so that the people i know and love didn't have to hear about it, but as i started exploring my somewhat new found love for doctor who it became a place for me to blog about my viewing of the greatest series of all time. as i am about to graduate from a media degree at rmit and thus have my library borrowing privileges revoked so, in the next couple of months [because i think it lasts at least until graduation which isn't until december 15] i am going to be borrowing as much old doctor who as i can and watching as much as i can. and i shall use this space to be all nerdy and talk about it and have a basic love fest for steven moffat and matt smith [and if he transcends the sherlock holmes thing and does decide to become the master, benedict cumberbatch shall feature in my 'omg nerds are so hot these days' section].
i mean seriously, yum sandwich much?
and if you want to add more flame to the firey rumour that benedict is going to become the master then just check out out sizing up one of the doctor's past regenerations.
if it does happen i think i might die.
i am a little ticked off with steven moffat at the moment however for letting mark gatiss finish series one of sherlock off like that and making us wait until next year to see it. nice moriarty though. very fruity. i thought perhaps he would remain a mystery though, you know how people tended to think that perhaps sherlock went a bit tyler durden on our arses and was moriarty himself. i don't know which interpretation i like best, and i shall have to wait until next year to get any real insight. and also, screw you channel nine for playing it on a sunday, then the next monday and then the sunday after. buzz kill much? things are so much more exciting when you have to hold on week to week, don't you fools know anything? take bloody two and a half men off the air, then sit down and have a real think about the quality of television you are airing and think very long and hard about how you treat really top notch, first rate television. if you can't do this then i think you should quit and go into a profession a little more lenient on the old brain cells and let me take over programming.
